Agreement
By using our products or services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our products or services.
Use of Products and Services
Our products and services are intended for personal use only. All the products are made to be used by adults (13+). Please do not leave unattended with children. You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of our products or services, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
Payment and Billing
All payments for products or services must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, including credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. Custom-made products are an exception, production may start after 75% of the total amount invoiced is paid, for orders above 100 euros excluding taxes and shipping fees.
Returns
Non-custom items can be returned for a period of 15 days for reasons such as wrong size, defects, stains, etc. You will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Custom items cannot be refunded or returned (article 121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code). Defective or stained products can be returned to us and will be fixed before being sent back. If the issue happened during shipping, we will discuss it with the shipping company prior to any other action being taken.
Refunds
Non-custom items can be fully refunded once they are shipped back to us. Shipping costs and taxes will not be refunded. You must return the item within 15 days with a tracked and insured shipping. If the production of a custom item has not been started yet, you can receive a refund of up to 90%, with fees estimated according to the time spent on the project. Please note that changing your mind is not a reason for a refund.

We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our privacy policy outlines the information we collect from you, how we use it, and who we share it with. Please review our privacy policy carefully before using our products or services.
Intellectual Property
All content included in our products or services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos and images are not to be reused for any commercial and non-commercial purposes. If you wish to use this content, please contact us.
Disclaimers
None of the products sold are intended for unattended use by children. You agree that your use of our products is at your own risk. Please, do not eat any of the products.
Modifications to Terms of Service
