Shipments and returns
Shipments
We strive to ensure that your order is shipped in a way ensuring that all items arrive in good condition. As to protect all items and ensure careful packaging, orders might take up to 5-7 business days to be processed.
We offer both domestic and international shipping options, and we will provide you with a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can track your package's progress.
If you have any special shipping requests or instructions, please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss the options available. We want to ensure that your order is shipped to your satisfaction, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs whenever possible.
Returns
Non-custom items can be returned for a period of 15 days for reasons such as wrong size, defects, stains, etc. You will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Custom items cannot be refunded or returned (article 121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code). Defective or stained products can be returned to us and will be fixed before being sent back. If the issue happened during shipping, we will discuss it with the shipping company prior to any other action being taken.
